We got a chance to see the step by step process Chris Desborough of Custom Design Flooring used to create an amazing design using Moduleo Transform flooring.
We recently caught up with Chris Desborough of Custom Design Flooring when we saw via Twitter that he had created a stunning and very difficult parquet design using Moduleo Transform.

Chris painstakingly measured, cut and bevelled all the tiles by hand, this is exceptional craftsmanship and we are all super impressed. We were sure Chris must have been laying flooring for all his life but were surprised to learn he only took up this art in recent years. Chris was a maintenance technician for 10 years and as part of a kitchen project he was asked to fit some vinyl and rather enjoyed it so began to pursue flooring work.
Chris 'fell in love' with LVT when he took a courses in LVT, studying levels 1 and 2 with the Floorskills Training Centre using funding released by his employer at the time. In early 2016, Chris made the leap into the flooring industry full time to pursue his passion (which he admits is his obsession). It hasn't been easy and has had ups and downs in the last 18 months but Chris says it has been the best decision he ever made. And looking at his Moduleo parquet project we strongly agree and look forward to seeing more of his LVT creations.
